H2O America Board Declares $0.44 Quarterly Dividend Payable Dec. 1

On Oct. 23, 2026, H2O America’s board declared a $0.44 quarterly payout per share, due Dec. 1, 2026, to holders recorded by close of business Nov. 9. The payout matches the $0.44 per-share dividend the board declared in July. H2O America projects its annualized dividend at $1.76 per share for 2026, compared with $1.68 in 2025. H2O America operates a network of local water and wastewater utilities. Dividend payments by H2O America and its predecessor span more than 80 years, and the company has raised its dividend annually for 58 years.
