Mirae Asset and Grvt Begin Tie-Up With Tokenized Note Subscription

Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited arranged tokenized funding notes that Grvt subscribed to, a development the firms described in an Oct. 27 announcement as the start of a collaboration. Grvt plans to use the resulting exposure in connection with Grvt Earn, a service it operates independently for eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. Grvt will determine how that exposure is used, but the announcement did not detail the arrangement or give a yield or timetable. The firms may also explore tokenized Treasuries, corporate bonds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
