Hawkins Declares $0.20 Quarterly Dividend Payable Nov. 25

Hawkins Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on Oct. 26, with payment scheduled for Nov. 25. The payout keeps the rate at the level the board set in July. Shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 11 are eligible for the payment. The board raised the quarterly dividend 5% to $0.20 per share on July 29, after declaring a $0.19 dividend in May. Hawkins operates in water treatment and specialty ingredients. Its businesses are organized into Water Treatment, Food & Health Sciences and Industrial Solutions segments.
