Binance announced another phased release of asset withdrawals across nine networks, with the new stage scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. ET Thursday, Nov. 5 (04:00 UTC Friday), extending its recovery after a security incident. The exchange’s ninth recovery notice named BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, MATIC, Arbitrum, AVAXC, TRX and Sui. It listed USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, Ether (ETH) and FDUSD among the assets included in the expansion. Each asset and network must pass security and readiness checks before withdrawals become available. The notice ties access to those route-specific checks rather than setting one opening time for every listed route.
