Barings BDC Board Declares $0.26 Fourth-Quarter 2026 Dividend

Barings BDC Inc. (NYSE: BBDC) kept its quarterly payout at $0.26 per share in a Nov. 5 declaration for the final quarter of 2026. Shareholders listed as owners on Dec. 2 are due to receive the dividend on Dec. 9. The record date determines which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend. The distribution also matches each of Barings BDC’s other quarterly dividend declarations this year. The company paid $0.26 per share in dividends in both the second and third quarters. For the three months ended Sept. 30, net investment income was $27.2 million, or $0.26 per share.
