Capital One Declares Fourth Quarterly $0.80 Dividend for 2026

Capital One set its fourth 2026 common-stock dividend at $0.80 per share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 1 and eligibility based on share ownership at the close of business Nov. 16. The Nov. 4 declaration brings the company’s listed common dividends for the year to $3.20 per share. Each of the four 2026 declarations is listed at $0.80 per share. Capital One also declared dividends on its Series I, J, K, L and N preferred stock. Those payments are scheduled for Dec. 1, with holders of record Nov. 16 eligible.
