Our collected Binance spot XRP/USDT quote put XRP at $1.29 at 6:05 p.m. ET (22:05 UTC) on Oct. 18, up 2.14% in the prior hour from $1.26. The same snapshot showed XRP up 0.26% over 24 hours. The hourly gain is larger than the 24-hour change in this snapshot, but the percentages cover different windows. The 2.14% figure compares the quote with the price one hour earlier; the 0.26% figure measures the change over 24 hours. At $1.29, the quote was three cents above the earlier $1.26 level.
