SEC Memo Shows Injective Discussed Proposed Transfer-Agent Rules With Staff

The meeting included five SEC Crypto Task Force staff members, four Injective Labs representatives—including CEO Eric Chen—and two Blockchain Association representatives. The proposed Transfer Agent Rules were one of the topics discussed. Injective said Chen met with White House, SEC and Commodity Futures Trading Commission officials in Washington on Oct. 14. The company said its general counsel, head of policy and head of research joined him. The SEC meeting record names no White House or CFTC participants and does not document meetings with those offices.
