DraftKings CEO Robins says company in win-win position in prediction market legal battle

DraftKings has been offering sports event contracts through its app for almost a year now, but CEO Jason Robins has made it clear they will not offer prediction markets in states where they are licensed to offer sports betting. But was that decision the right move for the company to make? Robins explained that it absolutely was, because the alternative was DraftKings would have put their gaming licenses under threat.
