Kimball Electronics expects fiscal 2027 sales at the high end of its $1.535 billion to $1.560 billion range, with medical-market strength supporting the outlook after first-quarter sales rose sequentially and year over year. CEO Richard Phillips described first-quarter margins as healthy. Management identified higher component costs and the ramp-up of the Indianapolis medical facility as pressures on margins. Helvoet contributed $12.4 million in first-quarter revenue. Its integration is on plan and on budget, and the company is pursuing commercial synergies.
