Amcor Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.5% to $0.66 Per Share

Amcor raised its quarterly dividend to 66 cents per share for the period ended Sept. 30, while lowering its adjusted earnings forecast for the six-month transition period ending Dec. 31. The dividend is one cent higher than the 65 cents declared for the same quarter a year earlier, after adjustment for Amcor’s 1-for-5 reverse stock split. The increase is about 1.5%. The split took effect Jan. 14, 2026. For Amcor’s ordinary shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Nov. 25 is both the ex-dividend date and the record date. Payment is scheduled for Dec. 16.
