Essential Utilities Declares $0.3606 Per-Share Dividend for Dec. 1

Shareholders of record on Nov. 10 will receive a $0.3606-per-share quarterly dividend on Dec. 1, following an Oct. 21 declaration by Essential Utilities’ board. The amount matches the quarterly rate established in July, when the board increased the dividend 5.25%. The October declaration did not announce another increase. Essential Utilities provides water, wastewater and natural gas services through its Aqua and Peoples brands. The company serves about 5.5 million people across nine states.
