Strive Declares First SATS Dividend at $0.8710 Per Share for Nov. 9

Strive declared a first cash dividend of $0.8710 per SATS preferred share, payable Nov. 9, followed by daily business-day payments through Nov. 30. The 15% fixed annual dividend accrues on a $100 stated amount per share. The first payment covers 14 business days, from Oct. 21 through Nov. 9. Holders recorded at the close of business Nov. 6 will receive it. For each business day from Nov. 10 through Nov. 30, Strive declared a payment of $0.0658 per share. The 13 installments total $0.8554 per share.
