Sallie Mae Declares $0.13 Per Common Share Dividend for Fourth Quarter

Sallie Mae declared a fourth-quarter 2026 dividend of $0.13 per common share, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Dec. 4. The Oct. 20 declaration also included a separate dividend of $1.4939647 per share on Series B preferred stock. That amount applies to a different class of shares and is separate from the common-stock payment.
