Rithm Property Trust kept its quarterly common dividend at $0.36 a share, matching its second-quarter 2026 payout. The board approved the distribution Oct. 20, with payment scheduled for Nov. 30 to shareholders of record Oct. 30. Rithm Capital is a separate issuer and declared its own third-quarter common dividend of $0.25 per share. That payment is scheduled for Oct. 30 to shareholders of record Oct. 1.
