CXMT's Monthly DRAM Capacity Is Forecast to Reach 500,000–600,000 Wafers by End-2028

CXMT's monthly DRAM wafer capacity is forecast to rise from about 320,000 wafers now to 500,000 to 600,000 by the end of 2028. Monthly capacity is forecast to reach 420,000 wafers in 2027, about 100,000 more than the current level. That would be a 31.3% rise from roughly 320,000. At the upper end of the 2028 forecast, monthly capacity would be 280,000 wafers above the current level, an increase of about 87.5%. John Kim reports on the digital-asset business for TokenPost.
