Binance will reopen withdrawals in a first phase on Nov. 1, beginning a staged return after the service was halted for more than two days. The exchange scheduled the initial window from 2 a.m. EDT (06:00 UTC) through 4 a.m. EST (09:00 UTC), covering withdrawals on selected networks. Binance said 10 assets have full reserve backing: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), XRP, USD1, RLUSD and Zcash (ZEC). Users can check reserve snapshots through Binance’s proof-of-reserves page.
