Strategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor put the company’s potential digital-credit capacity at $10 billion to $30 billion, based on its existing capital structure. The figure describes potential capacity, not a planned issuance, and Strategy gave no timetable or breakdown of the instruments that might make up the amount. Saylor made the estimate during Strategy’s third-quarter earnings webinar on Oct. 29, 2026, at about 5 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC). He said the company could reach the range “without raising any more equity capital and without Bitcoin appreciating.” Its Bitcoin holdings remain part of the balance sheet behind the estimate.
