Anthropic Files S-1, Details Five Share Classes and Voting Rights

Anthropic, which identifies itself as a public-benefit corporation, filed a Form S-1 on Oct. 26, outlining five share classes and voting rights as it advances a planned public offering. The filing lists Class A, Class N, Class T, Class F and Class E. Class A and Class N are common stock: Class A shares carry one vote each, while Class N shares have no voting rights. Class T is a special share class held by T directors. Anthropic also disclosed that it repurchased about 4.5 million Series B shares in October 2025.
