Anthropic Says 79% of Revenue Comes From Outside Its Top Five Accounts

Anthropic said Oct. 26 that customers outside its five largest accounts generated 79% of revenue, while no single customer contributed more than 10%, indicating limited dependence on any one buyer. The two figures describe different measures of concentration: the 79% share excludes the top five accounts as a group, while the 10% limit applies to each individual customer. Together, they put the five largest accounts' combined contribution at 21% of revenue. Anthropic also acknowledged that it had substantially underestimated the computing capacity it would need.
