Agility Robotics began trading on Nasdaq under AGLT on Nov. 5 after completing its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI, adding a publicly traded humanoid-robotics company to U.S. markets. The company’s warrants trade as AGLTW. Agility raised about $465 million in gross capital before expenses through the business combination and related financings. The June deal set a $2.5 billion pre-money equity value, a transaction valuation established before public trading began. Agility described itself as the first U.S. publicly listed pure-play humanoid robotics company with active commercial deployments.
