Uranium Digital raised $16.5 million in Series A funding to expand an electronic uranium trading platform that uses blockchain to track stored material ownership as technology companies pursue nuclear power for data centers. The New York-based company announced the financing on Nov. 5, after the round closed in October. Blockchain Capital led it. Existing investors Portal Ventures and Christian Angermayer’s Apeiron Investment Group also participated. Uranium Digital did not disclose its valuation. The raise follows a $6.1 million seed round in 2025 backed by Framework Ventures. Uranium Digital’s platform gives institutions an electronic venue to buy and sell uranium.
