Royal River Casino & Hotel Appoints Todd O’Riley Director of Hospitality

FLANDREAU, SD – Royal River Casino & Hotel has appointed Todd O’Riley Director of Hospitality, bringing experience in casino operations, food and beverage management, marketing and guest relations to the property. O’Riley previously served as a Marketing Manager and Executive Casino Host at other gaming properties, where he gained experience in customer service, player engagement and casino marketing initiatives, including programs focused on player tracking and rewards. In his new role, O’Riley will work with the property’s leadership team on hospitality operations and the guest experience.
