Stake Brasil has secured a provisional court injunction preserving its betting authorisation and allowing its operations to continue under the conditions established by the Federal Court of São Paulo. Stake Brasil has welcomed a decision by the 9th Federal Civil Court of São Paulo granting a partial preliminary injunction against Provisional Measure 1,394/2026. The ruling provisionally preserves the effects of Stake Brasil’s authorisation to operate fixed-odds betting in Brazil.
