Stake is the first licensed operator to get a decision of this kind Stake Brasil is continuing to operate in Brazil following a partial preliminary injunction being granted against MP 1,394/2026, by the 9th Federal Civil Court of São Paulo has granted Stake Brasil. It means that, until October 25 2026, Stake’s authorisation remains valid; the stake.bet site and domain may not be blocked or redirected, and no sanction may be imposed on Stake for operating within the conditions set by the decision.
