Wormhole confirmed its partnership with Elysium on Thursday, Nov. 5, giving the Kinetiq-built network access to cross-chain messaging and asset transfers ahead of its scheduled mainnet launch. Elysium mainnet support was included in Wormhole version 2.69.0, released Oct. 22, before the partnership was announced. The Nov. 5 announcement confirmed an integration already reflected in the software update. Through Wormhole, Elysium can send messages and transfer assets across chains. Elysium is an EVM-compatible layer 2 connected to HyperEVM, and its gas fees are denominated in Hyperliquid (HYPE). Decentralized finance and memecoin launches are among the network’s stated areas of focus.
