Western Union selected Noah for its planned stablecoin payout service, which could shorten remittance settlement from days to hours, while customer fees for proposed transfers remain undisclosed. Western Union selected Noah to provide infrastructure for Receiver Redirect, a planned payout option connecting transfers sent through the company’s agent network with token delivery to recipients. The service would add a digital-dollar payout route to Western Union’s remittance network. Recipients could collect the U.S. Dollar Payment Token (USDPT), a dollar stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A. on Solana.
