Welltower Sets Nov. 19 Payment for $0.85 Quarterly Dividend

On Oct. 26, Welltower’s board declared a cash dividend of $0.85 a share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, with payment scheduled for Nov. 19. Shareholders of record on Nov. 10 are eligible. The distribution will be Welltower’s 222nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Nov. 10 is also the ex-dividend date. A buyer who purchases shares on or after that date is not entitled to receive this dividend. The record date determines which shareholders qualify for the payment. The $0.85 rate matches the prior quarter’s dividend.
