UniSat Plans RGB-Based USDT Support for Its Bitcoin Wallet

UniSat is working with Utexo to integrate RGB-based Tether USDt (USDT) into UniSat Wallet and UniScan, allowing users to hold and send the stablecoin alongside assets in the Bitcoin (BTC) ecosystem. The planned support includes transfers alongside BTC, Ordinals and Runes. UniSat plans to open trading between USDT and Bitcoin-native assets on UniHexa after support is complete in the wallet and UniScan. Utexo will help verify that the integrated assets are officially issued USDT. It plans to stage deployment, starting with institutional liquidity and exchanges before expanding to retail users.
