Early Binance Reading Shows Small XRP Withdrawals at 19.7% of Outflow Value

An early Oct. 20 reading showed withdrawals below 10,000 XRP taking a larger share of Binance’s XRP outflow value than on Sept. 30, even as balances rose across three exchanges. Those smaller withdrawals represented 19.7% of Binance’s outflow value, compared with 3% on Sept. 30. The share was 6.6 times its earlier level. If confirmed, the Oct. 20 figure would be the highest since October 2024. Withdrawals exceeding one million XRP accounted for 38.6% of Binance’s outflow value, down from 60% on Sept. 30. Transfers above 100,000 XRP still made up 65.7% of the total by value.
