Dime Commercial Bancshares Posts $135.35 Million in Third-Quarter Revenue

Dime Commercial Bancshares, Inc. posted $135.35 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026 as higher net interest income and a wider margin lifted its results from a year earlier. The parent of Dime Commercial Bank earned an adjusted $0.91 per diluted share. Reported diluted earnings were $0.90 per share, up from $0.59 in the third quarter of 2025. Revenue increased from $115.61 million a year earlier, a gain of $19.74 million. Net interest income rose to $121.2 million from $103.4 million over the same period, accounting for most of the revenue increase.
