Trump’s Super Intelligence Force Begins 120-Day Work Period

President Donald Trump’s Super Intelligence Force has begun a 120-day work period to address artificial intelligence (AI) lab incident reporting and assess major risks as federal officials coordinate with technology companies. The force adopted its charter at its first official meeting Thursday, Oct. 15, starting the 120-day period. It will commission the President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology to prepare a report on cybersecurity and critical-infrastructure defense, biosecurity and dual-use applications, and model control and accountability. The three subjects make up the force’s risk agenda.
