SUI Positioned for Economic Singularity, Says Raoul Pal at Basecamp 2026

Raoul Pal made one of the more ambitious claims at Sui Basecamp 2026, arguing that Sui is being built for what he calls the “economic singularity.” Pal used the term to describe a future in which autonomous AI agents participate directly in economic activity at enormous scale. In that environment, blockchain infrastructure would need to process far more transactions, support increasingly complex interactions and remain secure against new attack vectors.
