Strive Outbuys Strategy With $280M Bitcoin Purchase in One Week

Strive bought 3,311 BTC in a single week, its largest weekly purchase since June. The company has grown its Bitcoin treasury by more than 40% in about six weeks. New share issuance kept pace with buying, so Bitcoin per share barely moved. Strategy slowed its Bitcoin purchases and spent more on buying back STRC preferred stock. Strive (NASDAQ: ASST) bought 3,311 bitcoin for approximately $280 million in the week ending October 9, lifting its holdings to 32,773 BTC, according to the company’s October 13 disclosure and a statement from CEO Matt Cole.
