Strategy Adds 267 Bitcoin to Treasury in Weekly Purchase

Strategy added 267 Bitcoin (BTC) to its corporate treasury over the past week, adding to a position that stood at 848,517 BTC as of Oct. 18. The company also spent $193 million repurchasing STRC shares during the week. The BTC purchase and stock repurchase were separate transactions involving different parts of Strategy’s holdings and capital activity. Strategy listed $5.3 billion in dollar assets alongside its BTC holdings as of Oct. 18. A corporate treasury is the pool of assets a company holds; the figures provide a snapshot of both the company’s Bitcoin reserve and its dollar assets.
