Singapore Regulator Adds Hyperliquid to Investor Alert List

Singapore’s financial regulator has added Hyperliquid to its Investor Alert List, warning that users may wrongly perceive the decentralized crypto trading platform as licensed or regulated by the authority. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) listed Hyperliquid on June 26, along with the Hyper Foundation website at hyperfoundation.org and the trading application at app.hyperliquid.xyz/trade. MAS describes the list as a consumer-protection register for entities that may be mistaken for providers authorized or regulated in Singapore. Inclusion does not itself amount to a ban, enforcement action or finding of wrongdoing.
