Restrictions on military satellite links in Ukraine are drawing attention to service continuity across SpaceX’s business, as United Airlines expands Starlink Wi-Fi and federal agencies provide a sizable share of the company’s revenue. Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said Starshield terminals moving faster than 160 kilometers per hour (100 mph) lost connectivity after a limit took effect overnight Oct. 13-14, disrupting some missions. On Oct. 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s office said restrictions persisted in parts of the front, affecting logistics, mid-range strikes and defenses against Russian drones. The system involved remains disputed.
