Forgent Names Amy Ard CFO as CFO Ryan Fiedler Steps Down

Forgent Power Solutions named Executive Vice President of Finance Amy Ard its chief financial officer Wednesday, Oct. 21, after CFO Ryan Fiedler agreed to leave the post and stay with the company during the transition. Fiedler will remain employed through Friday, Oct. 30, to help hand off responsibilities, then leave Forgent. He plans to move into external consulting. “I am looking forward to spending more time with my family in the coming months,” Fiedler said. His departure was not related to a disagreement over the company’s operations, policies or practices.
