Prosperity Bancshares declared a fourth-quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.64 per common share, a 6.67% increase from the previous quarter, with payment scheduled for Jan. 4, 2027. Shareholders of record on Dec. 15, 2026, will receive the payment. The dividend is $0.04 per share higher than the $0.60 paid for the third quarter.
