Nirva has raised $25 million in pre-Series A financing, bringing total funding to $33 million as it prepares to open orders for its first AI wearable in November. The company raised $8 million earlier this year from investors including Lightspeed and South Park Commons. Its first device is a pendant that can also be worn as a bracelet. It weighs about eight grams and is designed to run for up to three days on a charge. Nirva plans to offer the $249 device in four finishes: silver, brushed silver, black and gold.
