Asia Broadband Raises Total Stock-Buyback Authorization to $30 Million

A board vote on Oct. 22 gave Asia Broadband Inc. (OTC: AABB) another $18 million in stock-repurchase capacity, taking the total authorization to $30 million. The company had repurchased about $11.9 million in shares through June 30, 2026. Asia Broadband will draw on cash reserves to acquire common shares in market transactions. Management will set the timing and volume with market conditions, trading activity and company liquidity in mind, and may pause or end the program. The authorization sets a ceiling; it does not require the company to spend the full amount.
