NEAR Protocol Slides 18 Cents in an Hour to $5.10 on Binance

NEAR Protocol (NEAR) slid to $5.10 on Binance at 11:25 a.m. ET (15:25 UTC) Friday, Oct. 16, after trading at $5.28 an hour earlier on Binance's NEAR/USDT spot pair. The $5.10 figure was the quote on Binance's NEAR/USDT spot market. The two readings show an 18-cent decline over the hour. At the same measurement point, NEAR was 1.43% higher than 24 hours earlier, putting the short-term drop alongside a gain over the broader daily window. Combined liquidation figures for Binance, Bybit and OKX showed $950,000 in NEAR long liquidations and $0 in short liquidations during the same hour.
