NEAR Protocol's Lifetime Share of Intents Fees Rises to 16.4%

NEAR Protocol's share of lifetime fees from the Intents swap service rose to 16.4% by Oct. 6 from 11.5% in the second-quarter comparison, expanding the share earmarked for token buybacks. The recent measure moved in the other direction. The protocol captured 28.4% of Intents fees over the 30 days preceding Oct. 6, down from 30.5% in the earlier comparison. The lifetime rate covers accumulated fees, while the 30-day rate reflects a more recent period. The Oct. 6 snapshot also came after the third quarter ended Sept. 30.
