Manulife Board Declares C$0.360938 Dividend on Series 15 Shares

Manulife Financial Corporation’s board announced a C$0.360938 quarterly dividend for Series 15 preferred shares Wednesday, Nov. 4, payable on or after Dec. 19 to holders of record Nov. 20. The shares are non-cumulative Class 1 preferred shares with a rate-reset structure. They trade under ticker MFC.PR.L. The Series 15 dividend matches the per-share amounts announced in May and August.
