Trump Media Transfers $342 Million Worth of Bitcoin: Is This a Sale Plan?

Approximately 4,259 Bitcoin were sent to Crypto.com from wallets associated with Trump Media & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social. According to on-chain data tracked by Arkham, the value of the transferred assets at the time of this news was approximately $342 million. The Bitcoins were transferred to the same target address in two separate transactions. The first transaction sent 2,140.03 BTC, and the second sent 2,119.31 BTC. The addresses from which the funds originated are labeled as "2028 Convertible Notes Collateral" on Arkham, meaning they are collateral for convertible bonds maturing in 2028.
