Manulife Financial Corporation’s board declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.384938 per share for its Non-cumulative Rate Reset Class 1 Shares, Series 11. Payment is due on or after Dec. 19 to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 20. The board announced the dividend Nov. 4 at 5:03 p.m. ET (22:03 UTC). The Series 11 shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange as MFC.PR.J. The amount matches Manulife’s August dividend declaration for the same series. Its 6.15900% annual dividend rate applies from March 20, 2023, through March 19, 2028, and equals C$0.384938 per share each quarter.
