Lido contributors have outlined a collateral-assisted withdrawal mechanism for proposed Lido Lend, adding a potential liquidity backstop while the project awaits a Lido DAO governance vote. On Oct. 16, proposal author Izzy outlined “Fallback Exits,” which would use borrower collateral to supplement a lender’s withdrawal when a market lacks enough of the loan asset. The proposed feature remains subject to governance approval of its specifications. Built on a modified fork of Morpho Blue, Lido Lend is designed as a decentralized lending market with isolated markets and deposit screening.
