Binance has announced the second round of withdrawal reopenings, but Hyperliquid's HYPE token remains missing from the list, leaving holders unable to withdraw the asset for eight consecutive days, broadly speaking. On November 6, Binance published its 9th recovery update, verifying that withdrawals for more cryptocurrencies would begin reopening at 04:00 UTC, broadly speaking; the announcement covers dozens of assets across the nine blockchain networks, which includes BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, Tron and Sui.
