Hyperliquid Strategies boosts HYPE holdings to 38.5M with $785M purchase

Hyperliquid Strategies, a Nasdaq-listed digital-asset treasury company, has boosted its holdings of HYPE tokens to 38.5 million, following a $785 million purchase in the last quarter. The company, focused on HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid blockchain, now holds approximately 16% of HYPE’s circulating supply. Hyperliquid Strategies funded this acquisition through a $911 million equity issuance and has reported $803 million in unrealized gains from HYPE. Notably, the company maintains a debt-free position, with cash and cash-like assets totaling $254.6 million, further solidifying its financial standing.
