First Capital Q3 Net Income Rises 14% to $5.104 Million

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, First Capital, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCAP) recorded net income attributable to First Capital of $5.104 million, up 14% year over year, while diluted earnings per share rose to $1.53. Net income attributable to First Capital was $4.478 million in the year-earlier quarter, and diluted earnings per share were $1.34. Net interest income was $12.510 million, while noninterest income was $2.292 million. The two categories totaled $14.802 million. Net interest income after the provision for credit losses was $12.155 million, compared with $10.806 million a year earlier. The provision was $355,000, up from $150,000.
